Add 1 cup no-salt-added chicken broth and 2 tbsp. whipped cream cheese. Blend at medium speed until desired consistency is reached. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 45 seconds, or until hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
