Low-Calorie Shamrock Shake Recipe
I love the Shamrock Shake at McDonald's. Please tell me you have a healthy recipe swap!
Sham' Wow Me
You're not alone... Seems like everyone is obsessed with that creamy, vanilla, hint-of-mint Shamrock Shake! Sadly, the stats are a major doozy: Even the small 12-oz. shake has 460 calories, 13g fat, and 63 grams of sugar (SmartPoints® value 23*). That is insane!
Luckily, I DO have a recipe swap that'll save you around 300 calories. My recipe is also super low in sugar, loaded with protein, and 100 percent natural. Check it out! BTW, I promise you cannot taste the spinach...
