Starbucks' Crystal Ball Frappuccino: Nutritional Info & Low-Calorie Recipe

Mar 22 2018
Starbucks is taking the Internet by storm with its limited-edition Crystal Ball Frappuccino! Here’s what you need to know...

It's a peachy cream-based beverage (no coffee or tea involved). There’s also a turquoise swirl, peach whipped cream, and colorful candy sprinkles on top. They claim the color of your sprinkles will reveal your fortune: blue means adventure, green equals luck, and purple signifies magic. But our barista asked us which color we wanted, so we’re not sold on this drink’s fortune-telling abilities!

Ordered as is (with whole milk and whipped cream), a Grande will set you back 380 calories and 16 grams of fat. It also contains a hefty 55 grams of sugar. Eeeks!
You can get one for as low as 150 calories! Order a Tall one made with fat-free milk and no whip. That’ll have 150 fat-free calories. Sadly, it’ll still contain 33 grams of sugar. The whipped cream adds another 90 calories, 9 grams of fat, and 4 grams of sugar.

Your best bet? Whip up our calorie- & sugar-slashed recipe! It's pretty, packed with protein, and DELICIOUS!

Enjoy! And for more guilt-free recipes, food news, product finds, and more, sign up for our FREE daily emails!
