Sep 1 2026
If you’ve been obsessing over the mindblowingly amazing Frosted Lemonade from Chick-fil-A, here’s a hot (or rather, ice cold) tip: Make our equally delicious copycat recipe with more protein and less sugar instead! It’s smooth and sweet, pairing just enough lemony tartness with the rich creaminess of a fluffy shake. We’re madly in love… Make it, and you’ll understand why.

About the Milk Cubes!

We use Fairlife milk because it has less sugar and more protein than traditional milk (plus, it tastes delicious!), but feel free to swap it out for your milk of choice. (Pssst… If you have trouble getting the milk cubes out, run the tray under warm water for a few seconds to loosen ‘em up.)
